Welcome to this gentle yoga practice. This is a slow and steady 20 minute full body practice suitable for all levels and is intended to help you relax and re-energise your body.

In this practice we will:

start with breath work
move into a gentle neck and wrist warm-up
practice a table-top sequence (cat/cow, modified side plank)
release the lower back with supine windscreen wipers
move through a standing sequence (down dog, low lunge, half split, pigeon pose)
finish with seated twists and shavasana
