The truth about internet privacy from a computer wiz in New Zealand

We're a semi-retired radio systems and industrial electronics engineer, adding in web development from 2003 as a hobby. If it plugs into a wall socket or runs on batteries, I'll have an opinion or idea how it works and why I hate it.

Topics we could cover include, perhaps in separate sessions:
Privacy in 2025. Governments today have a massive amount of data on us, not just our banking transactions, but using what we look at online and also precision tracking us by our mobile phones, often within a few feet, 24/7, even when location settings and phones are turned off!
What tools can we use to safeguard ourselves from tracking?
5G/Wifi - Is it really harmful and if so, what can we do? What precautions do I, as an engineer who once installed radio and cell systems, take?
Lastly, my new project/interest, for those injured by covid, there's 'new' tools that could help recovery and healing on the cheap.
