Does the Constitutional Court lack the ability to judge evidence?

Are the judges of the Constitutional Court of Korea so ignorant of evidence recognition? Even after hearing the testimony? Even though it was contaminated, did they say it was recognized as grounds for impeachment?도대체 한국의 헌법재판소 법관들은 증거인식능력이 백치수준인가? 증언을 듣고도? 오염이 되었는데도 그것이 탄핵사유로 인정된다고 했나?
