Dandelion Jelly

Dandelion tea
2-ish cups of petals (try not to get the green)
4 cups hot water
Steep for 12 to 24 hours

Dandelion Jelly
Strain the tea (should be about 4 cups
2 tablespoons lemon juice
One box (1.75 oz) powdered fruit pectin
4 cups sugar
It’s hoWater bath for 10 minutes
