Iranian weakness means talks might work

Col. Bill Connor tells NEWSMAX that "Trump has played things pretty well" and following military defeats across the Middle East Iran is in a position of weakness entering negotiations. Military intervention would be more difficult than Iraq so the US could see some progress in talks with the Iranians.
