Today’s meal is simple, satisfying, and packed with nutrients: 🥩 Ribeye steak
🥓 Crispy bacon
🧀 Grilled halloumi
🍳 A couple of eggs
🍅 Fresh tomato salad
🍐 Juicy pear for dessert

OMAD helps me stay focused, energized, and in control of my routine. It’s not about restriction — it’s about choosing foods that fuel you and give your body a proper break between meals.
