When to Adjust Your Training

In track and field, it is EXTREMELY important to know when you're doing too much. Though we like to push training to the limit, there are times where you have to listen to your body and ask yourself if it feels good enough for the goals of today's training. Sometimes, even though you're tired, it is worth doing. Other times, like today in my case, it wasn't worth doing. So we changed it up!
