Returning to Night City as cyber-enhanced mercenary V, you'll embark on a high-stakes mission of espionage as you attempt to save Myers -- former CEO of Militech and current NUS President -- who has crash-landed in the dangerous district of Dogtown while traveling on the Space Force One. Ruled by a trigger-happy militia, Dogtown will test your limits as you'll be forced to forge alliances within a web of shattered loyalties and sinister political machinations.

Tomorrow Never Knows: V finds and scans 4 new graffiti tarot card locations in Dogtown before brining his new findings to Misty for explanations on each.

Gig: New Person, Same Old Mistakes: After completing the gig "Waiting For Dodger," V receives a message from Bill, who has left the NCPD to pursue his dream of selling hot dogs. V meets Bill at his new stand in Heywood, near the Ventura & Skyline fast travel point. Bill expresses gratitude for V's past assistance and offers a unique item for purchase: Military-Grade Lactic Acid Recyclers, which permanently increase stamina regeneration by 2%.

Gig: Corpo Of The Month: A few days after completing the gig, Treating Symptoms and using the Corpo dialogue option, Alan Noël will send V a message explaining how Netwatch caught the mastermind behind Milko, and as gratitude sends the location of a hidden stash at the Luxor High Wellness Spa.

Shot By Both Sides: V investigates journalist Bree Whitney on Mr. Hands’ orders. After retrieving a hidden access card from her apartment, V tracks Bree to a hidden Militech facility in Dogtown. Together, they navigate rooms filled with turrets and surveillance, eventually reaching a terminal to view three revealing video files. Donte, a supposed neighbor, shows up—revealed as a Militech agent targeting Bree. V chooses to kill Donte, protecting Bree. She offers thanks and leaves behind two Iconic weapons: Riskit and Ol’ Reliable. V reports back to Mr. Hands, concluding the mission.

Birds With Broken Wings: V meets with Alex and Reed at The Moth to plan Songbird's extraction from Hansen's control. The plan involves intercepting netrunners Aurore and Aymeric by hacking a tracking station near Pacifica Serenity Bible Church. V infiltrates the station, downloads vehicle data, and tracks the netrunners' car. During this mission, Songbird contacts V, revealing her desire to escape all factions and seeking V's assistance, presenting an optional path in the storyline. V then proceeds with the plan, leading to the next phase of the operation.

I've Seen That Face Before: After coordinating with Reed, V tracks the twin netrunners' vehicle (Aymeric and Aurore) from a vantage point. Upon locating the car, V sneaks into the trunk, accessing the vehicle's cameras to eavesdrop on the netrunners' conversation. At the opportune moment, V overrides the car's controls, driving it to a designated location where Reed and Alex await. Following a confrontation resulting in the netrunners' demise, V downloads the Cynosure access code and dons a netrunner suit, setting the stage for the upcoming mission.

Firestarter: Disguised as Aymeric Cassel, V and Alex as Aurore, enter the stadium, surrendering weapons as per protocol. V engages in a conversation with Kurt Hansen, carefully selecting responses to maintain the cover. During this interaction, Songbird signals V to access the mainframe, leading to a pivotal decision where V chooses to assist Songbird in fleeing, unlocking the "Killing Moon" mission path. This leads to an intense escape sequence from Kurt Hansen's stadium in Dogtown. Alex kills Hanson and is able to escape, while V and Songbird collaborate to navigate the facility's defenses. Songbird utilizes her netrunning abilities to manipulate security systems, turning turrets and a helicopter against the BARGHEST soldiers, creating diversions before reaching the sewers and escaping to a homeless camp where she has two cars waiting for you.
