Markets Spike After Trump Issues Pause On Most Tariffs, Increases China Tariffs To 125%

President Donald Trump has issued a 90-day pause on most Tariffs as leaders of countries continue to engage in negotiations with the Trump administration. This as Trump increased tariffs to China to 125% after Beijing retaliated.

Trump making the announcement on social media saying, Based on the lack of respect that China has shown to the world markets I am hereby raising the tariffs to 125% effective immediately. At some point he says maybe China will realize that ripping off the U.S. and other countries is no longer sustainable or acceptable.
