Jesus said He would send the Helper after He goes—but that Helper is not a man like Muhammad. It is the Holy Spirit, and Jesus clearly says so in John 14:26: “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things.” That is not Muhammad. Muhammad didn’t come in Jesus’ name, didn’t teach about Jesus as God, and never lived inside people to guide them.

In John 16:7, Jesus says, “If I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.” Jesus is the one who sends the Helper. If Muslims say this is Muhammad, then they are admitting Jesus has authority over Muhammad, making Jesus Muhammad’s God. That destroys Islam at its core.

Also, Jesus says the Helper will “be in you” (John 14:17) and “guide you into all truth” (John 16:13). That is not something a man can do—it’s something only God can do by His Spirit.

There is no ancient Greek manuscript that uses “Periklytos” (praised one). They all say “Parakletos” (Helper). Muslims are forced to twist the words of Jesus to make Muhammad fit—but he doesn’t.

John 14:26 – The Holy Spirit is the Helper, not a man.

John 16:7 – Jesus sends the Helper, proving His divine authority.

John 14:17 – The Helper lives in believers, which only God can do.

Muhammad cannot be the Spirit Jesus promised. He didn’t live in people, guide them to Jesus, or come in Jesus' name. He was just another man—not the Holy Spirit, not the truth, not the Way.
