1911 V. “2011”

A quick showcase of a 1911 as compared to a 2011. The 1911 is a Kimber Custom II with a few upgrades most noticeably the grips and barrel bushing this model is the 5” barrel.

The 2011 is a Springfield Prodigy with a 4.25” barrel. I wrap most of my guns grips with goon tape because I like the friction coefficient you get with them. I realize it bypasses the grip safety but to quote my man Hoot “This is my safety” *wiggles index finger*.

All ammo was Winchester FMJ range ammo. Feel free to ask or comment anything you’d like. As always, I’m openly appreciative of constructive criticism.
