Experimental LUCID DREAM frequency v2
So this is the second version of this track.
I recommend setting aside an hour or so before your usual sleep time to try this.
In the previous track it was 6 equal phases, and 2 of the center phases included Gamma burst because I have read gamma is active in lucid dreams- but I have removed the Gamma waves because they made me feel to high. I have also altered each phase, so there is still 6 phases where you could enter the lucid dream but the coming in/out of each phase is slightly different, so it should be a very interesting journey.
If you haven't tried version 1 then make sure to try it one evening.

Track explanation:
This is an idea that I had before I slept a few nights ago. This is a pure tone using binaural beats designed to bring you gradually into sleep, then into the dream state. 6 phase meaning there are 6 points over the 3 hours where you could enter the dream state.
I recommend using earphones, setting your intention, setting the track to a low volume and then entering the drowsy sleep state, from there let the track do the work. This track is before sleep or upon waking. Share your experiences in the comments. Thank you.
