Not going to back down Donald Trump hits China with 104 percent tariffs\US President Donald Trump has officially raised tariffs on China by 50% bringing the total amount to 104%.
The President said the additional tariffs will remain in place until China “makes a deal” with the US.
“I think they’ll make a deal at some point… They want to make a deal, they really do, they just don’t know how to get it started,” President Trump said on Tuesday.
Sky News host Gabriella Power said the President is “not going to back down” to China.
“He’s not going to back down to anyone, he’s following through with his bold vision for America,” Ms Power said.
