Morning Devotion April 8 - The Dry Tree

God is Holy and thus cannot abide sin. Today's verse reminds us that God did not even spare his own Son, Jesus, even though He was only sinful because He chose to take our sins upon Himself. How much more will we face punishment if we do not abide in him?
