Passover Seder Shopping List (For 8-10 People)

Seder Plate Items:
- Eggs
- Quantity: 10-12
- Instructions: Hard-boil and roast 1-2 for Seder plate; save extras for meal.
- Shank Bone
- Quantity: 1
- Instructions: Roast for Seder plate; place on plate, not eaten.
- Bitter Herbs (Maror)
- Quantity: 1-2 cups (horseradish)
- Instructions: Grate or use jarred; place on Seder plate, eat with matzah.
- Romaine Lettuce
- Quantity: 1-2 heads
- Instructions: Wash, dry; place on Seder plate, eat with matzah.
- Charoset Ingredients
- Quantity: Apples (6), Nuts (1 cup), Wine (1/2 cup)
- Instructions: Chop apples/nuts, mix with wine; place on Seder plate, eat with matzah.
- Karpas (Parsley or Celery)
- Quantity: 1-2 bunches
- Instructions: Wash, cut; dip in saltwater during Seder, eat.
- Salt (for saltwater)
- Quantity: 1 small bowl
- Instructions: Mix with water; use for dipping karpas.
