I take a look at inventory levels in The Villages as I'm seeing a higher number of expired homes coming off the market. The Villages Real Estate is holding up better than outside 55+ communities, but it is not immune. Inventory has taken a small decline but not because of ramped up sales. Inventory in The Villages has dropped due to more homes expiring from the MLS and less homes hitting the market, as sellers weigh their options after busy season.
