The Supreme court has ruled that President Donald Trump can start deporting illegal migrant criminals again under the Alien Enemies Act – after Judge James Boasberg blocked him

The decision was 5-4 with the liberals on the court being joined by Justice Amy Coney Barrett – who is being criticized for often siding with democrats on rulings against President Trump.

The High Court’s ruling comes after Judge Boasberg stopped the Trump administration from removing violent Venezuelan gang members just as a pair of flights took off to El Salvador packed full of illegals.

Trump attorneys argued that lower court rulings to stop the deportation was interfering with the administration’s ability to "to protect the Nation against foreign terrorist organizations and risk debilitating effects for delicate foreign negotiations."

Many are now speaking out against the ‘activist’ judge in D.C. including DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, and Attorney General Pam Bondi who say Judge Boasberg, or any other judge, "does not have the jurisdiction to seize control of President Trump’s authority to conduct foreign policy and keep the American people safe."

Others are pointing out that Boasberg’s wife has donated tens of thousands of dollars to democrats while his daughter works for an organization that provides free legal advice to illegal migrants.

In addition a recent investigation revealed that Judge Boasberg’s Brother, a former associate at Covington & Burling, Hired Illegal migrants to Teach Students in Colorado, and now Runs A School In Singapore Promoted By The US State Department

President Donald Trump signed a memorandum in February to suspend security clearances for Covington & Burling LLP employees involved in the weaponization of government.
