Who's Responsible for the Use of Naled in Gem County?

Naled, released over Gem County for the last two summers via airplane, has been banned in the EU for more than a decade. Organophosphates have been linked to cancer, endocrine disruption, oxidative stress and developmental delays in toddlers. Furthermore, Naled is quite possibly creating insecticide resistance with one study showing it actually increased the total mosquito population when used long-term.
