This is probably the BEST low cost CPU cooler and at the moment for about £15 on Ali Express, it really is a cracking deal!
The AG400 from Deepcool is a compact cooler and only needs 150mm height clearance in your case, and the small footprint means excellent clearance around the CPU cooler area and RAM slots.
It is so compact that you can even mount the cooler and fan at the same time and still screw the fittings down!
