Senator Eric Schmitt just blew the whistle on a judicial hit job—exposing how an Obama-appointed judge may have hijacked Trump’s case in the dead of night.

The same judge who blocked Trump from deporting violent gang members? He wasn’t even supposed to be on the case.

“These cases are supposed to be randomly assigned,” Schmitt told Fox’s Harris Faulkner.

“Judge Boasberg… he’s not the emergency judge in D.C.”

Yet somehow, while on vacation, Boasberg ended up with the case—filed at 2:30 a.m.

“He inserted himself in that role.”

“That doesn’t happen. The emergency judges 100% of the time get those cases.”

Faulkner was floored:

“If he wasn't the emergency judge… he gets to pick himself and say, ‘Well, I’m the favorite, let me go do this case against Trump’?”

Schmitt didn’t flinch:

“He could have been tipped off that this was going to be filed—and while on vacation he took the case.”

He called it “aggressive,” “unusual,” and “unprecedented,” warning that activist judges are crossing every line to interfere in Trump-related cases.

“The Supreme Court is going to slap them down.”

“But we need more transparency—and I intend to file legislation to make sure these assignments are truly random, like the law requires.”
