It was a National Guard C-130H. It almost collided with Flight 77 near the Pentagon, and then it turned up in Shanksville at very nearly the time Flight 93 crashed. The C-130H is an electronic warfare platform. The claim is that UA93 crashed at 10:03 while the C-130H was 14 miles away. The seismographic evidence is that UA93 crashed at 10:06, at which time the C-130H would have been much closer.
