Bowled 21 games in 3 hours. had a lot of trouble with ball return. so I only through 6 WindMill games with 16 lb balls. through 15 games with 10-14lb balls depending on the ball return if it returned the balls or not, mostly NOT!

I again got a YAHTZEE & a 236 game as my high game, 165 avg over the 21 games. I through str8 in most of the time after the 6 WindMill games that I had trouble with the ball return most of the time. they say its because the machines are old & have trouble with heavy 16 lb balls & is why I though str8 in with 10lb balls. this is how I got a Yahtzee & the 236 game.

Throwing the ball str8 in I made sure I was standing on the 2nd dot from the left & stopped on the 2nd dot from the left at the foul line with my right foot. I throw right hand & stop at the foul line on my right foot! this is for greater accuracy over opposite foot crap! that most people teach! for me that is totally WRONG! since they do it WRONG they end up WRONG on the wrong foot & there body is all twisted at the release there for they MUST twist there WRONG foot around them! there body is ALL OUT OF WACK that way. Norm Duke had HUGE back problem, Kyle MOLEY face & body also has back issues! I WOUNDER WHY THAT IS?! what I am saying is there body is ALL the time out of wack & it can mess your back up. WES Malot same thing!

the way I do it your body is NOT out of wack its a str8 line every time. also when I releasted the ball. like Wes Malot does I look down at the dot I throw on. in my case the middle FAT DOT! NOT the pins, not the arrows not anything beyond the foul line until the ball is released then you can look beyond the foul line. Charlie Tap a 5 times PBA title holder had a PVC pipe that held a blanket so you could NOT look any farther then were he put it across the lane to teach you that you line up & throw before the foul line.
