COCKTAIL BOURBON TANGERINE CRUSH

It’s smooth with just the right amount of spice, making it the perfect base for this Tangerine Crush. Bright, bold, and a little unexpected—just like spring should be.

Ingredients:
* 2 oz rye bourbon
* 1 oz Aperol
* 1 tangerine
* 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
* 1 tsp sugar
* Splash of Prosecco
* Mint sprig

Instructions:
* Add tangerine, add sugar and lemon juice and muddle.
* Add bourbon, and Aperol. Shake with ice.
* Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
* Top with Prosecco
* Garnish and enjoy the vibrant coral hue.
