Returning to Night City as cyber-enhanced mercenary V, you'll embark on a high-stakes mission of espionage as you attempt to save Myers -- former CEO of Militech and current NUS President -- who has crash-landed in the dangerous district of Dogtown while traveling on the Space Force One. Ruled by a trigger-happy militia, Dogtown will test your limits as you'll be forced to forge alliances within a web of shattered loyalties and sinister political machinations.

In this playthrough we cover:

Increased Criminal Activity Area #1: In Dogtown, V confronts one of the three Increased Criminal Activity locations. This particular site is located in the southwest of Dogtown, near the Voodoo Boys' enclave. V infiltrates the area, battling through waves of enemies to reach the boss. After a challenging fight, V defeats the boss, contributing to the "Judgement Day" achievement. ​

The Damned: V teams up with Solomon Reed to locate Songbird, seeking assistance from Alex, Reed's former protégé. They plan to infiltrate the Voodoo Boys' hideout to find the netrunner Slider, who might have information on Songbird's whereabouts. V can choose between a frontal assault or a stealth approach using a side entrance with a door code. Inside, V confronts Slider and establishes a connection to the Blackwall to communicate with Songbird. Despite efforts to save Slider, he succumbs to the strain of the connection. V and Reed then strategize their next steps based on the information gathered. ​

The Beast In Me: The Big Race: In the final race, V faces off against Sampson. V chooses not to follow Sampson when he veers off course. This decision allows Sampson to survive, and the quest concludes without further confrontation at the expense of angering Claire, but keeping her safe.

Get It Together: After recruiting Alex, V, Reed, and Alex convene to plan their infiltration of the Black Sapphire, Kurt Hansen's fortified base. Recognizing the need for additional intel and resources, they decide to enlist the help of Mr. Hands, Dogtown's elusive fixer. To gain his trust, V undertakes several gigs for him. Once sufficient rapport is established, Mr. Hands arranges a meeting at Heavy Hearts, where he provides detailed plans of the Black Sapphire and discusses strategies to undermine Hansen. ​

You Know My Name: V initiates the infiltration of the Black Sapphire, utilizing the intel provided by Mr. Hands. The mission begins with V assisting Reed by identifying and neutralizing immediate threats, including patrolling guards and snipers. After securing a path for Reed, V gains access to a party within the Black Sapphire, blending in to gather information. The mission culminates in a confrontation with Kurt Hansen, where V's choices significantly impact the mission's outcome and future alliances.
