Here’s a beautiful way to check in with yourself—just through your breath.

Take a deep inhale… then a full exhale.
Now gently hold your breath.

Set a timer and see how long it takes before your body really starts asking for air. Maybe it’s 20 seconds, maybe 30, maybe more.

The goal isn’t perfection—just awareness.
A healthy breath hold is around 1 minute and 10 seconds.

Your body will tell you exactly where you are.
It always speaks the truth.
