Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is slated to meet US President Donald Trump on Monday, April 7. He will be the first foreign leader to meet the president since he announced trade tariffs, that have sent global markets crashing on what traders are calling a 'Black Monday'. The Israeli PM is expected to seek a reprieve from Trump's "reciprocal" tariffs. Besides, countering Iran, the war in Gaza, and release of Israeli hostages are also on Netanyahu's agenda.
