Healing Disease with the Team of YOU - Guided Meditation

This meditation is something I currently needed, so I hope others can get something from it as well.

The visual is a drawing of a vision I received in a meditation years ago. I saw myself split into two light bodies, and what I thought was a tree began to sprout up and grow between us. It turned into a mushroom and dark vines starting growing underneath and wrapping around each other. But at the end of the vines were stars of light, unphased by anything the vines were doing or how they were moving. My mind traveled through the vines and the stars of light all gravitated towards me as I passed by, saying hello.
