Jacky Wu is a Michelin-starred chef specializing in haute Chinese cuisine in a modern interpretation. 🌟 He lives and works in Moscow at the highest restaurant in Europe, located on the 90th floor of the Moscow City skyscraper. 🏙️

His impressive resume includes a five-star hotel in Singapore and a Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong. 🇸🇬🇭🇰 But a year and a half ago, he was invited to Moscow to teach cooks how to create true culinary masterpieces. 🍽️ Jacky cooks modern Chinese cuisine, but he usually uses traditional flavors to create a new presentation.

In this video, the chef shares where he sources the freshest ingredients for fine dining, considering that Russia is under European sanctions. 🇷🇺 Surprisingly, Moscow has one of the largest wholesale markets in Europe, where you can find everything: live seafood, fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables. 🦞🥩🍏🥦

Right before our eyes, a legendary collaboration happened between two renowned chefs in Russia!!!👨‍🍳👨‍🍳 Jacky Wu invited renowned French chef David Hemmerlé to his kitchen. They created together like true artists and crafted an exquisite culinary masterpiece.✨ Be sure to check out the delicious result! 🍴
