Why Rep. Anna Paulina Luna voted against election integrity bill - April 7, 2025

The Save Act (an election integrity bill) failed in the House because it didn't include an amendment by Rep. #AnnaPaulinaLuna to allow members of congress to vote from home while breast-feeding. Eight other Republicans (all men who aren't breast-feeding) voted with her. The Speaker of the House then made a deal with her, and so goes to another vote, But some say it's unconstitutional and may not pass in the House. Many other federal government workers also work from home, leaving many federal buildings nearly empty, but still costing taxpayers for the maintenance. #PresidentTrump says it doesn't matter to him either way, as most people. But if it was a choice between proxy voting for a member of congress and honest elections for ALL Americans, we choose the Safe Act over the Bra Act.
