This kept me frustrated for years before I figured out how to get out of it for good.

Before you go to sleep you set your alarm early and are highly motivated.

When the alarm goes off you don't care anymore so you sleep in.

If this happens long enough You stop believing in yourself and grow doubt.

Any new project or goal you set comes in the question.

Then you are afraid to take risks, start projects, invest in yourself, start a business...

Because you don't believe yourself.

The way out is simple, but it's not easy.

It's keeping small promises to yourself like getting up early in the morning, having a healthy routine, working out, and eating healthy.

But everyone knows that. That's why it's simple.

It's hard because very few can actually do it consistently.

You need accountability, systems, and brotherhood to push you at the beginning.

After it becomes who you are, you change your mindset and perspective to make sure you don't backslide.

Then you stack consistent days together and start to believe this is the new you.

But you have to prove it to yourself.
