Lemon cake: 150g sugar, 113g butter, 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 190g flour, 10 g baking powder, 180ml butter milk/kefir/yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp lemon juice. Lemon curd: 50 gr sugar, 60 ml lemon juice, 2 eggs, 60 gr butter. Syrup:150 ml water, 70 g sugar, lemon zest and juice. Butter cream: 170 g unsalted butter (softened for 15 minutes or so), 1 tbsp lemon extract, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 pinch salt, pinch of salt, 100 g powder sugar
