The US subsidizes and protects some of its industries like sugar, with over 300% tariffs on countries like Canada; So let's stop the hypocrisy about Canada protecting their dairy industry. As far as food, meat, dairy and even pharmaceuticals, for health and security reasons, those could be excluded from trade deals.
