Loud explosion at Al Aqsa hospital compound as Israeli strikes hit Central Gaza

An area in the compound of Gaza’s Al Aqsa Hospital was hit by strikes early Monday morning, sending people running inside for safety. Loud explosions were caught by an Associated Press camera outside the hospital in Deir al-Balah.
