20:10 - THE FBI/CIA STRONG ARM PEOPLES PERCEPTIONS- THEY AFFECT ME HEAVILY & CLAIM ITS MINE. WHEN I POINT OUT THE TRUTH THEY DUMP IT ON ME- & IN FACT DUMP IT ON A PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE I DO NOT HAVE - "HE IS FLAKY". ACTUALLY THEY AFFECT ME SO HEAVILY THERE IS NO BEING MISTAKEN & THEY KNOW IT. Again they strong arm your perceptions, "Why would they be lying to my face & be so obvious when he is pointing out the truth?"- its REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY. "They would NOT be so obvious, they are the FBI, they must be telling the truth" so then you believe their lies instead of the truth & reality. YOU DISCARD TRUTH FROM THE BEGINNING FOR THE CHEAP VIEWPOINTS THEY SELL YOU. Its actually very stupid because once you pick up on this you can see it all over the place in vids- next point is I always point out the truth.
As an EXAMPLE FROM MY LIFE(recent)- THEY AFFECTED ME HEAVILY IN A VIDEO I DID FOR POLITICIANS & FOLLOWING EMAILS IN WHICH I SENT THE LINK. TWICE. In video, & then emails in which I sent the link off- TO POLITICIANS. Imagine that. Its not mine, all a DELIBERATE CHOICE BY AGENTS with this technology on orders of DIRECTORS. To make me look FLAKY & WEIRD with politicians. As a result I am at best "questionable", you make it easy for the FBI to discredit me when that is the case. RNM IS REMOTE CONTROL OF PEOPLE, I am remote controlled for the desired results, it is MIND RAPEon my end & then they pass off to non-thinking people "he is confused about what is his & what is technology", YOU BECOME THE FLAKE BY BELIEVING THAT CHEAP LYING, NOT ME. German Agents love that stuff, its a result of being non-thinking & non-questioning in the first place. They sell you viewpoints & opinions which are deliberately NOT THOUGHT THROUGH, they are cheap incorrect viewpoints, the reality is the FBI/CIA do not begin to believe what they sell you. Tneir own viewpoints center around the TRUTH which they have looked at & UNDERSTAND, which they then try & deflect with cheap viewpoints & cheap misdirection ("oh he is flaky") by dumping it on a profile I do not have. Because if I am not flaky, THEN THEY ARE OBVIOUS, real simple.
25:25 - They claim Im "delusional" while hiding the reality of events I was forced to witness, UNAUTHORIZED EVENTS- like I wanted to believe what I was a witness to, flaky. ACTUALLY it was pure hell on my end. My reaction to these events points to the truth, "Its almost like it was real & true", yet they clearly have sold "flaky" instead. Imagine that. Thats because the reality of how I was when I was forced into witnessing unauthorized events does not fit nor explain "flaky", I was analytical & considered all the possibilities & narrowed it down as there could only be ONE explanation for many of these events based on who was targeted- thus rogue agents. Horvat & her officers did not have permission to be targeting agents & politicians. Real simple. They then gloated & rubbed in my face what they did & got away with, every time. Sadistic. Imagine that. Think there is ever forgetting it? Yet I got labeled "flaky" for German Agents, which is opposite of reality.
27:27 - Horvat & her officers left "CLUE CARDS" to unauthorized events they did. THEY GOT THIS IDEA IN PART FROM AGENCIES & GANG STALKING, AGENTS IN CHARGE DOING STALKING MANY TIMES LEAVE EGOTISTICAL CLUE/CUE CARDS, AN EGOTISTICAL "AUTOGRAPH" TO THE EVENT, A DELIBERATE, SIGN, TELL, CLUE LEFT BEHIND TO INDICATE IT WAS THEM. Example- our bird & loved family member Dipsey was killed April 8th 2010. In 2013 Horvat murdered Margaret Thatcher on April 8th- 2013. "Its a coincidence, real life happens, he is delusional", actually Horvat murdered Margaret Thatcher with "old age" as the cover story & used the same date "April 8th" as thw clue card. TO TOP IT OFF THEY DID THIS WITH MANY OF THE EVENTS, so through odd coincidence "it looks that way, could be that way- unauthorized events" because Horvat & her officers ledt clue cards all over the place to many events. What are the"odds" of that? FBI wants this all to remain hidden YET through their incompetence at analyzing they have forced me into speaking about this and contacting Politicians, field agents, and Alt-Media ( & those with military/agency backgrounds).
29:38 - Since 2002 I have had the same goal & objectives, which German Agents have seen incorrectly the entire time. They have never seen me, they have had FALSE PERCEPTIONS the entire time. I point out the truth of my profile, they ignore it for "the opinion of FBI/CIA Colleagues", who have obviously lied to them. If German Agents had performed independently & actually thought about what I pointed out, they could have woken up. Rather the point, they DID NOT PERFORM BASIC JOB DUTIES, they simply believed whatever they were told like citizens. EVERYONE ELSE is told, "They are German Agents, they would know" while hiding the REALITY of the BKAs Job Performance. They are LAZYMINDED INCOMPETENT FOOLS, respecting their own importance & job title instead of performing as agents. Period. They pretend to be agents, they do not perform as agents. They get a paycheck from agencies for free, we clear? I knew two BKA Agents, they STILL DID NOT clean up the profiling & based on what I gave them they should have been able to wake up & see me, they did not. And they had the advantage of knowing me, it does not get more incompetent than that. THEY CHOSE TO BELIEVE USA AGENTS, OVER VERIFYING THE PROFILE WHICH I HAVE POINTED OUT. THE BKA WENT ON "POPULAR OPINION" AS SOLD TO THEM BY USA AGENTS LYING TO THEIR FACES & AS DESCRIBED & POINTED OUT TO GERMAN AGENTS BY ME. There is no "dispute" that they have my psychology wrong, nor that they have been deliberately lied to, its in the computer programs they use- deliberately lied about.
