R15x Toyota Transmission Short Shifter part 2

Picked up a super cheap R154 short shifter,
It doesn’t match up to the R15x shifter in the trucks and such because it doesn’t have a 4 bolt flange.
I’m printing (then cutting) a flange to space it up to match but I modified the ~40 eBay short shifter to fit the shifter housing.

Beats paying for a short shifter and the unobtanium R154 shifter housing!
