could easily be removed to get industry going again.

I got an all-access look inside the Environmental Protection Agency.

What we found was stunning:

EPA has 15,000 employees & an annual budget of $10 Billion.

Yet their massive DC offices that spans city blocks is EMPTY.

A ghost town
