Major breakthrough! At least I hope 🤞😜🤞

Sunny Boy let me know by day one that he likes fabric. I would sit with him at the bar in the kitchen and he kept going after the clothes I was wearing. I was told that he is a biter so I thought he wanted to bite me! 😂

Once I learned that he just wanted to get to my clothes, it was a major game changer for us both. That is when bonding started. I wouldn't have known that Sunny Boy liked fabric if it weren't for my friend Cindy 🥰

I took Sunny upstairs with me to help fold laundry and I taught him how to fold washcloths. Now that he has learned that he won't do it anymore. I do try with him every so often.

He also showed me that he likes buttons, snaps, hats, shoes and cards.

Three days ago I started going through some clothes that my sister gave me in my office where the boys have their houses. One basket at a time, going through and trying things on, finally about an hour later Sunny started showing interest in everything that I was doing. He would watch me closely, as always. But then, he decided that he was going to climb down to the floor to inspect all the clothes.

He has climbed down 3 days in a row and today he did it twice! Each time he gets braver and braver so it takes less time waiting for him.

We are so excited for the future! These past few days have made me fall even deeper in love with Sunny Boy. He is quite an amazing creature 🥰🩵🥰
