**About Andy McQuaid:**

Andy McQuaid is a real estate consultant and founder of ARM Companies. With over 20 years of experience, Andy has transitioned from working at 84 Lumber and Home Depot to becoming a trusted advisor in the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. He started his career as a college dropout but quickly ascended to managerial roles, becoming a store manager at 21 and later headhunted by Home Depot to be their District Manager of Pro Sales at 28. By 38, Andy was a Director of Sales for an international sales team at a building materials manufacturer. At 39, he founded his first LLC, left his 60+ hour a week salaried W2 position, and began consulting full-time, a move suggested by a VP at a family office multifamily operator. He holds various industry certifications from the NAHB and USGBC and is the creator and trademark holder of The TCO Method, which helps real estate owners and operators improve NOI through strategic decision-making. In addition to consulting, Andy ventured into private/hard money lending on storage in 2022. Married for 20 years with a son, a German Shepherd, and a cat, Andy resides just off the south shore of Lake Ontario near Rochester, NY, and helps run local REIAs in both Rochester and Knoxville, TN.
