We are three foundational purposes to know and love god, to know and love ourselves and to love and serve others and your purpose individually comes out of that. And knowing God, loving God, you come to understand and know yourself better and knowing and loving yourself you you come to understand what your gifts are, what you've been given and your gifts aren't really for you directly. Your gifts are for you to give to someone else because we are built to love and serve others and your gift generally doesn't look like going to work at the job that pays the most right now it is it does happen sometime, but not very often. But we're not taught to take the time to understand ourselves at all, who we are, what our value is. If we were to do that, the probability of going to work in a cubicle or in a factory clicking, clacking on keyboards and turn the buttons in the button factory, it's pretty slim. We probably wouldn't do it, which is part of the reason they don't teach it, but that's part of the reason the last decision rate is so awfully high. People find themselves in the factories and they find themselves in the cubicles and they realize that what they're doing has no meaning and they take that as their life has no meaning. As I said, earlier, they come to a point in their life where they reach an evolution point where it's time for death and rebirth, so common in teenagers. They feel like it's a, it needs to be an actual death. It doesn't need to be an actual death. It's a symbolic death, the death of the child and the birth of the man. But they don't understand that it's symbolic. They feel that it's actual and they make the big choice. The same thing happens is you mature through different phases. As a boy becomes an adult male and adult male becomes a man, a man becomes a father, there's certain sets of parts of you that have to die for the next part of you to be reborn, even after your father. Kids leave the house, identity changes again. Have grandkids, identity changes again. Grandkids mature, identity changes again. And you serve more and more people with every evolution. And your focus changes for the reason I did the, the hourglass and the seasons. We got the summer, fall, winter and spring. There's the seasons of understanding. And the seasons of our life were born. We live, we age, we die. Time, time is so precious, so critical, most of us aren't even aware of how precious little we have. None of us know the day or hour of our passing. We act as if we have an infinite amount of time. In fact, do not.
