Assistance Request to the FBI and the US Attorney General

The attacks still continue and have escalated in the last 72 hours to multiple break ins of my van and stolen ear protection, a doxing into my bedroom pattern I have confirmed and a malevolent PG&E bill 2.5x to 5x the normal rate that makes no sense. As a response to this continual escalation, I met with three Hayward police officers... however no police report was presented as a remedy. After the Hayward police left I tried to call the local FBI field office but the number I was given by 911 dispatch was disconnected. Then i called the Washington DC FBI phone # and it appeared I connected with a respectable operator. The first call (operator #59955) was cutoff midstream however. I then called back and the second attempt was met with a resistant operator (#8129) who didn't seem motivated to help or have any empathy to the fact the first call to FBI DC headquarters had been mysteriously cutoff. This is my request for assistance to the FBI and the US Attorney General to look into my case. This goes back 15 years but the last 72 hours have gone too far. I tried to be patient and keep my peace but now is the time for action. Thank you and God Bless!

To all this is my statement:
My mind is still intact, and my faith has actually fortified it to a stronger state of consciousness. I have demonstrated I can communicate and have good cognition. I am a sovereign human being capable of handling my future and supporting the future of many others. Popularity in the online digital paradigm and one's reliance on the electronic feedback loop does not reflect what makes a person relevant or capable of leading others. Turning inward gave me the strength to never be subjugated with bribery, blackmail or intimidation strategies. What the enemy brought forth to destroy me has only made me stronger. No weapon formed against me shall prosper.
