New Skyrim SE Install, Fresh Mods, Let's Start A New Playthrough Tonight! Take 2

My PC has gone burnt toast on me and one of the things it took along with it was the Skyrim SE playthrough. And with GOG no longer offering that version of Skyrim SE (boo!) we get to start over with a new install and fresh mods.

What new character shall we create tonight? And where should we start her with the Alternate Lives mod? Let's find out together!
