In February, a vile rumor that Ole Miss freshman Mary Kate Cornett slept with her boyfriend’s dad spread online. Cornett says she was then flooded with thousands of hateful calls and texts. In an exclusive interview with NBC News’ Tom Llamas, Cornett said the rumor “practically ruined” her life.
