Russia, Ukraine trade blows over strikes, testing U.S.-led truce

Russia's defense ministry said on Saturday (April 5) Ukraine had increased its attacks on Russian energy infrastructure, despite a U.S.-brokered moratorium, after Ukrainian officials said a deadly Russian strike killed at least nine children in the city of Kryvyi Rih. Moscow has denied targeting civilians, while Kyiv also rejected the claim that its forces targeted energy facilities. Alice Rizzo reports.
