Amroha: Brave Petrol Pump Salesman Foils Robbery Attempt, CCTV Footage Goes Viral

A robbery attempt at a petrol pump in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, was thwarted on Friday evening thanks to the quick thinking and bravery of a pump salesman. The entire incident was captured on CCTV and has since gone viral on social media.

The video shows a man refueling a bike while another stood nearby. As the salesman completed the task, the second man suddenly jumped onto the bike and snatched cash from his hands. Reacting swiftly, the salesman chased after the fleeing duo, causing the rider to lose control of the bike. Other petrol pump staff quickly joined in, managing to overpower the pillion rider while another employee attempted to stop the biker from escaping.

The accused have been identified as Danish and Farman, according to Aaj Tak. Both were later arrested by the police.
