Jeffrey McKellop was a US Army Special Forces (Green Beret) veteran and CIA contractor under the State Department who spent years killing terrorists overseas. He was assaulted by police and defended himself at the Capitol, and defended a beaten elderly woman from excessive force, only to be help captive without a trial for 4 years.
