NASA’s SpaceX Crew-9 Flight Day 3 Highlights – Tuesday, March 18, 2025

NASA astronauts Nick Hague, Suni Williams, and Butch Wilmore, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov returned to Earth for a parachute-assisted splashdown off the coast of Florida at 5:57 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 18, completing their long-duration mission living and working aboard the microgravity laboratory to advance scientific knowledge and demonstrate new technologies for future human and robotic exploration flights as part of NASA’s exploration approach, including lunar missions through NASA’s Artemis program.
