The POWER RANGERS are busy in their Command Center trying to repair the ruin inflicted by the GREEN RANGER. Luckily, BILLY has managed to fix the communicator and free Jason from GOLDAR'S clutches. However, ZORDON is still unable to communicate with the hangers, leaving them on their own to battle Goldar when he attacks the city. As the battle rages, BULK and SKULL try to escape the city but are quickly captured by a giant Goldar. Will the Power Rangers rescue Bulk & Skull?
