UFO on Ocean in Hawaii

Back in 2014, near the big island in Hawaii, an amazing video was taken of a UFO/orb barely scraping the top of the ocean.

The object is rather small and has an empty spot in the center.

After a bit, the object dips under the surface, but then reappears.
