Russian TU-160 Bomber Get a Major Upgrade

The Russians are upgrading their fleet of TU-16 bombers and build a whole bunch more! How will this impact their stealth PAK DA bomber program? How many TU-160s will be upgraded or built new? When might this happen? Does this impact the US B-21 at all?
