When to Mess With Rifle, or Switch To Pistol?

All the Internet Ninjas say: “It’s faster to Switch to Pistol”
All the Fudds say: “Its Faster to just Reload your Rifle”
Well, which is it?
Reality is: BOTH… as it depends on the Situation.
If you are at 100 meters from the threat when your rifle shits the bed; seek cover and FIX the RIFLE.
However, if you are inside room distances, why would you mess with a non-functional rifle when you have a fully functional loaded PISTOL on your side?
So, practice (and master) both Rifle Speed Reloads AND transitions to Pistol.
